Specializing in travel writing, I’m a freelance writer who makes my permanent home in the small city of Orillia, Ontario, Canada with my husband, Jason, and our dog, Oliver.

Originally started as a sort-of diary for my excess thoughts on articles that were in the works, this blog has become a place to talk specifically about interesting areas on earth, trips I’ve taken both in body and mind, travel deals, contemplations, issues in the industry, and both the charms and troubles of the region, province, country, continent (and planet) I call home.
